• 2 kg of blueberries

• 2 sachets of fruit pectin (150 g)

But now I tried something different, namely I used soy milk powder to experiment a little. Soy milk is not difficult to use, it just needs to be dissolved in a little hot water and left to cool. It does not have a strong smell or taste so it does not affect the aroma of the muffins. Of course, canned soy milk can be used, especially for those who have given up animal milk. The idea is that it can be replaced and now I know what. I am happy! If we use soy milk powder then we heat 200 ml. of water and dissolve 2 tablespoons of powder. Let cool slightly.
In a bowl sift the flour, baking powder, add sugar and mix.
In another bowl beat the egg, pour the melted and cooled butter, milk and vanilla bean core or essence. Stir and pour into the first bowl. Stir again and add the washed and dried blueberries, leaving a few aside. We also incorporate the 2-3 tablespoons of jam. We pour the composition into muffin tins. At the end, we put the remaining blueberries on top of the muffins and we can add a little more sweetness.

It's very simple, the answer & icircl you already know. We prepare a healthy jam, without gelfix. or as all those artificial preservatives are called, which are extremely unhealthy.

I'm not saying that sugar is very healthy, but a few jars of jam, absolutely delicious, don't even notice our body. Especially like our taste buds, they will be ecstatic.

It's a very simple recipe. Although the initial recipe has 1: 1, fruit / sugar, I dropped because I noticed that it does not make mold, with my version.

As you have already noticed in the pictures, it turned out very beautiful, tied, that's why it's a little trick, which I checked, right at this recipe.

Wash the jars well, I recommend using new lids, not old ones, which were opened with a knife or can opener.

Empty jars should sit on something stainless steel, a knife, a tray, whatever you want. then with the help of a polish, put the hot jam, and quickly close the lid. Use the napkin to hold the jar when you close it, otherwise you will burn very hard.

At first, the lids will be slightly bulging, but if they were tightly closed, the hood will retract, which means they will seal perfectly.

I was 2 years old, jam prepared like this.

It turned out delicious, it goes perfectly with pancakes, in the morning on bread, for desserts.
